Last year when long time friend Kelli sent out a text announcing her engagement to partner Mia, I was beyond excited. Having spent time with the couple it was clear they shared a deep bond. I was even more elated to receive a call from the couple requesting that we plan and execute their special day. We of course accepted and were honored to curate this milestone in their lives completely unaware that in the next breath Kelli and Mia would tell us the projected wedding date was a mere sixty days away. I must admit, we were a bit stunned but not in the least bit surprised, these were the same two people who decided they wanted a change of pace, sold all their belongings and moved to Vegas. Kelli reassured us that if any team could make the magic happen it was us. I am not sure if it was her unbridled enthusiasm and confidence or if we were just crazy but we nonetheless accepted the challenge.
Custom Logo and Invitation Packet
The couple are fitness enthusiast and wanted to incorporate their passion for health and wellness into their wedding. We designed a logo with a subtle nod to their power-lifting love.

One of a Kind Pallet Accent Wall
This pallet wood accent wall embodies our design aesthetic. Allowing the most basic materials to shine gives otherwise discarded items new purpose. Not only was this piece the perfect backdrop for our photos it flawlessly framed the space enabling us to create distinct spaces. Glass air plant terrariums and moss make round out the installation. We collaborated with Mezell Studios who fabricated custom rigging clips used for suspension, ensuring the safety of all our guests.

The NICSIVFOTO duo made everyone feel at ease in front of the camera, capturing the many facets of this unforgettable experience. Both Nicole and Erin connected with the bridal tribe and guests alike, the end result is a work of art.

With the work of local artist on the walls the Que4 Radio’s Community Space was ideal for our transformation. While our guest were enjoyed cocktails and snacks in the next room our team reconfigured the space and set the table for dinner.

The pastry chefs at Bombon Bakery paired our custom cake topper and succulents with their delicious cake, delivering a work of art. Moss surrounding the trunk added the final touch.
Serving authentic Mexican cuisine from El Milagro Taqueria was a delicious way to continue sharing and celebrating.
